What are exosomes?

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles produced by cells, and refer to those with a diameter of 50 to 200 nm. Exosomes are spherical and contain proteins such as cytokines and growth factors, as well as messenger RNA (mRNA) and microRNA (miRNA). mRNA functions to produce specific proteins in the recipient cell. miRNA also functions to inhibit the production of specific proteins in the recipient cell. mRNA and miRNA are thought to contribute greatly to the repair and regeneration of cells and tissues by promoting the production of proteins necessary for the repair of cells and tissues and suppressing the production of unnecessary proteins.
Exosome liquid is produced by processing stem cell culture supernatant , resulting in a liquid enriched with exosomes.

Flow of exosome liquid therapy

    It is given intravenously into a vein in the arm over 15 to 30 minutes.

Risks and Side Effects

You may experience pain, redness, and swelling due to the insertion of the IV needle.

Although rare, allergic reactions may occur.

*Due to the risk of infection, people who have received treatment cannot donate blood (donate blood or give blood to others as a transfusion), but they can receive blood transfusions.

The unapproved drugs used in this treatment are not approved under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act. They are dispensed legally as in-house dispensing (partially outsourced). In Japan, unapproved drugs can be used at the doctor's own risk.
