Treatment of lifestyle-related diseases

Lifestyle-related diseases are a group of diseases whose onset and progression are related to lifestyle habits such as eating habits, exercise habits, smoking, and drinking. Typical examples include arteriosclerosis, diabetes (type 2), hypertension, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia. A characteristic of these diseases is that they have almost no subjective symptoms.

If lifestyle-related diseases are left untreated for many years, even if there are no symptoms, the risk of developing diseases such as myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction increases.
