Placenta Therapy

What is placenta?

"Placenta" is the placenta, which is essential for the development and growth of the fetus.
It is a tissue that has the ability to develop a single fertilized egg into a mass of an average of 3 kg in just 10 months inside the mother's body.
In other words, the placenta contains a wealth of nutrients necessary for the growth of the fetus.

Placenta has a regulating effect in the body, exerting its power to return each part of the body to its natural state (healthy state). Because of this effect, it is widely used in prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs, and is expected to have an effect of enhancing the body's natural healing powers.

What is placenta therapy?

Placenta therapy is a treatment that attempts to treat various diseases and ailments using placenta (placenta extract), an extract of active ingredients extracted from the placenta.
There are two types of placenta therapy offered at medical institutions: injections and oral administration (ingestion) .
Placenta injections that can be used for medical purposes are limited to two types of raw materials, "Melsmon" and "Laennec," both of which are based on placenta extract extracted from human placenta.

Expected effects of placenta therapy

Beauty effects such as whitening, age spots, wrinkles, dullness, dry skin, etc.

Improves allergies such as atopic dermatitis, hay fever, and bronchial asthma

Relief of symptoms specific to women, such as menstrual irregularities, menstrual pain, constipation, and poor circulation

Orthopedic effects such as stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and knee pain

Psychosomatic effects for autonomic nervous system disorders, insomnia, etc.

Other benefits include fatigue recovery, improved immunity, and health maintenance.

Diverse pharmacological effects of placenta

Placenta injections are medicines approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare that have a long history since the placenta injection drug Melsmon was listed in the drug price list in 1959. Placenta injections are covered by insurance for menopausal symptoms, lactation failure (Melsmon), and liver dysfunction (Laennec).
In addition, oral human placenta medication is also permitted for use only in medical institutions. Two capsules contain the same amount of placenta as one injection, and have been shown to have the same medicinal effects as placenta injections.
In addition to these pharmacological actions covered by insurance, the pharmacological actions that have been reported for placenta are diverse and wide-ranging, from the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems to the mental and nervous systems and cosmetic systems, and there have also been reports of effects on hematopoiesis, blood pressure regulation, and hormone regulation.
